Hey Karl,

I believe keeping it simple will work better any day over getting too complicated. When and if it does get complicated just stop and put things back together until it’s understood by everyone. Then go for it.

Keep it simple is great advise and one of the reasons the K.I.S.S series of books have become so successful.

Nice collection of tips Sarge and it was great to see you mentioned on Will’s ‘Site of the Day’.

Exactly, Ben.

Always keep it simple and go back to the basics. Things do change but ultimately it always is basic stuff that keeps you going in the first place. When things get too complicated everything just falls apart.

Blogging is simple. Yet people with too many ideas and no plan make it complicated without even trying.

I feel blogging is only going to rise into much bigger things in the future that help on an even deeper level. Things are always changing, blogging is no different.

That’s a cool idea Sarge.

I could almost do that with my site as I have a project coming in February but I think I’ll keep things the way they are for now.

Always open to new ideas of course.
