If you find yourself not focusing on tasks - shut off everything. Email, twitter, facebook - all forms of social media. Get rid of all programs on your desk (shut them down). Write down a few tasks you want to accomplish and set a timer you think you could get them done by. Make a game out of it and see how quick (but still quality) you can do your tasks in. I'm really into things like GTD (Getting Things Done) and life-hacking techniques so hopefully I can combine that with blogging and provide some great content. As for the RSS/feedburner, I think I really need to do a bit of research on that. The stats confuse me a bit. It would be good just to get a gauge on how many people have subscribed. When you said you subscribed it still said I had only 2 subscribers, it says 3 now but it seems to change every day I look at it. I think the reach stat is how many people have looked at one blog post through RSS, so if you looked at 3 of my posts through RSS when you subscribed it should show 1 subscriber 3 reach. Well that's my understanding of it for now, I really haven't looked much into it, I just set it up.
